December 21, 2012 or as popular consensus would like to call it “the end of the world” is quickly creeping up on us. For any of you that have been living under plymouth rock allow me to explain this to you. According to the historians they have uncovered that the ancient mayan calender, which is our calender, ends on Dec. 21. So what did everyone think… the end of the world, Not even hey maybe this little cave indian ran out of wall and just said fuck it or he was just bored. I believe this is just another way for the media and religion to take a stranglehold on peoples fears and ignorance. Does anyone remember the last time the world was going to end…Y2K or how about Bush being the antichrist, or the Cuban missile crisis, or maybe it was the possibility of WW3 with Russia. And what happened then.. People bought more insurance, built fallout shelters, updated their computers, and so on. And then what… NOTHING FUCKING HAPPENED!! Im just happy that I can at least see a Marlins game in the new stadium before I bite the bullet. Now dont get me wrong, There are a few people out there I wish was just chillin in their Lazyboy while there home gets bombarded my meteorites and locusts and with all the heat turns them into bacon. And if I have to be a martyr for the destructions of these people then so be it.

Baseball… Americas great pastime. This game is so much more to me. This is an experience when a father and son get together and he teaches you lifes lessons and theories. For me this was a way to prove to not only myself but to my father how much I look up to him. Ever since I was a little kid I remember looking up to my dad and saying that is the greatest man I will ever know. This man provides, loves and will do whatever you ask of him for his family. His mind frame was always help everyone you can and in the end you will be rewarded. My view of my father changed drastically from then till now. I learned at a young age that blood is not always thicker than water and just because they are your family, does not mean respect automatically comes with the territory. Respect is earned through a combination of conflict and resolve just like in any profession or relationship. This mind set had me blacklisted from a family that has royally fucked up on a massive level that I will not begin to explain. Now my parents are split and my father has a new family. Good for him I hope this one works out better than the last one. I cant remember the last time my father called me just to say hi. How sad and pathetic is that? And to think all of this started over a game of baseball. What a game.

I got into a very interesting discussion the other day with my family and I thought I should share it with you. The porn industry grosses about 3 billion dollars a year. While the economy is in the shitter; Everyone seems to be staying home and watching more porn than ever. Sex is the most basic of human emotions. Now my argument is why don’t they legalize prostitution. Yea I know pretty big step but think about it. Sex is so mainstream right now that every celebrity, congressman, and family man is supposed to have a sex tape. Look at Paris Hilton. That girl looks like the offspring of a brother and sister combination with down syndrome. Sorry if I offended anyone. But she hit it big after a poor performance on night vision. Look how well it’s done for las Vegas. The bunny ranch in Vegas has their own reality show with money pouring into the city from taxes. Now if they get the approval, in a few short months free enterprise will kick in and businessess will pop up all over the country. It will create jobs with amazing healthcare benefits and lift this country out of this slump. Do you think we are that liberal to get this started?

Mindtrip

You’re about to take a mindtrip, get your tickets out. That was the openig line to one of my favorite tracks by nonpoint. For those who understand me, know that music is a big part of my life and I thought this would be a good way to bring up an interesting theory. Last night I was watching “Knowing” starring Nick Cage, and they brought up an interesting topic that I should share with my loyal minions. The topic of determinism, for those who don’t know, is the philosophical proposition that every event, including human cognition and behavior, decision and action, is causally determined by an unbroken chain of prior occurrences. Everything has a purpose or fate in this life that is carefully determined by Colonel Sanders from the matrix. So you can basically throw free will out the window. For example, having the sun in perfect distance from our measly little planet to support life, however, moving a light year forward or back could destroy all living organsims. Or It can just be a series of random accidents followed by millions of years of chemical mutations to create this utopia that we live in. Or you can be the majority and believe the invisible man upstairs created everything in 7 days. Whatever you believe, you can’t help but feel like a little speck of dirt under the Chuck Taylors of this planet we call home and wonder if we have any choice at all. Well do you…

I am expressing my sincere annoyance with the elderly. On my way to work I barely survived and accident with an elderly woman with an earpiece talking on the phone. If she was driving slow I wouldnt care. I would just drive around her and tell her a few four letter Anglo Saxon words and be on my merry way. But she was driving faster than me and cutting people off with no respect or remorse for public safety. Why am I supposed to feel sorry for them? After arriving at work with my heart still intact and developing an ear infection (sarcasm). I was attacked by another elderly woman, who will remain namless, who barraged me with her problems of how everyone is out to get her and nobody treats her fairly blah blah blah. All the while the tumor in my head was pulsating from all the utter bullshit she was telling me and all I can hope for was that she had no offspring to infect the planet with. Do the elderly really think they deserve special treatment? Just because they lived in a shitty time they have to infect the world with their negativity and ignorance. Well I say fuck you old people…. And that’s what really grinds my gears.

Death of a legend

Well this is my first official post and I decided to take a stab at some current events. Mainly the death of our beloved Charlies Angel, Farrah Fawcett. Did everyone forget about her? Of course they did. Everyone is heartbroken about the death of “Peter Pan” don’t get me wrong, I enjoyed his music and everything he has done for the “kids”. But I feel that his untimely death has completley overshadowed Farrah. For those who don’t know she died from a battle with anal cancer… Don’t ask. Now I feel she is not going to get the attention that she deserves. Now with all the speculation going around with “Peter’s” death it’s going to be a huge circus. Can you say Anna Nicole Smith? All I know is I call dibs on the Beatles collection.
